Our founder, Dory Turk, specializes in teaching technology to Seniors in a way that is easy to understand, effective and enjoyable. She has focused on teaching technology to Senior’s for more than 10 years. Her lessons are enjoyed by individual Seniors, and her lesson videos are also streamed to Seniors residing in more than 18 ( and growing ) Senior communities nationwide.

Dory’s extensive experience began more than 10 years ago when she was invited to teach technology to Seniors at an exclusive private club for Seniors where she was also employed. This led to many requests for private lessons. Eventually word spread and several of the largest Senior communities in the area asked her to provide “in person” classes on their campuses. For ten years and counting, she has studied the specific learning needs of Seniors and developed a program and style of teaching specifically adapted for Seniors, so they are able learn in the visual and auditory manner which provides them the best possible learning experience.

Eventually, her many Senior students, and Senior living communities, convinced her of the need to make this easy, fun, and specialized style of learning available to Seniors everywhere and so this web site, doryturk.com, was created for this purpose.
